An Indian spy living in Pakistan is on a mission where he has to balance his personal and professional life.
The movie ‘Mission Majnu’ is an Indian Hindi-language Spy thriller film directed by Shantanu Bagchi. Though the plot is based on fictional events, the movie does justice to the lives of countless spies. The movie was scheduled to be released on 13 May 2022, but it was delayed two times, and its theatrical release was eventually canceled.
It was later announced that ‘Mission Majnu’ would be directly released on Netflix. The movie stars Sidharth Malhotra; we have seen him in Shershaah, and Rashmika Mandanna, who made her debut with Goodbye , both shared the screen for the first time.
The Storyline of the Movie ‘Mission Majnu’ The movie is about the life of an Indian Spy. The film starts with the success of nuclear tests done by India. Jealous and agitated by India’s success, Pakistan brought in a nuclear scientist to build an atomic bomb. When the RAW’s chief knows about this, he asks the Prime Minister of India for her approval to carry out a secret investigation.
Upon receiving her approval, the chief contacts a spy in Rawalpindi, Amandeep Singh, a.k.a Tariq (Sidharth Malhotra). Tariq is informed about Pakistan’s secret mischief and is ordered to investigate the whereabouts of the atomic bomb facility.
