Shah’s welcome Kinjal and the baby by performing rituals. Anupama performs Aarti and calls the baby angel. She tells the baby that kanha ji messaged her to tell that she is a very special girl. Kavya joins Anupama and informs the baby that her great grandmother is annoying but she is lovable too, and she should not call her dadi or grandmother in future.
After performing the ritual, Anupama asks Kinjal to get inside with the baby. Then, she takes baby footprints and advises Hasmukh to keep those Lakshmi’s footprints in the locker. Hasmukh nods and takes the footprints from her. Furthermore, she asks Vanraj to play shank.
Anu tries to touch the baby’s feet but Leela glares at her and scolds her. Everyone wishes to hold the baby first but Anupama informs them that as per the custom, the baby’s father will hold her first. Anupama instructs Toshu to sit on the swing with the baby while everyone will stand behind them with peacock feathers.
Anupama asks Rakhi to handover the baby to Toshu. Rakhi recalls Toshu’s words and leaves everyone in shock when she gives the baby to Kinjal instead of Toshu. Leela asks her if she is drunk and doesn’t know who Toshu is. Rakhi tells her she definitely knows who Toshu is but she is handing the baby to Kinjal because mens don’t know how to handle a baby.
Leela yells at Rakhi and Rakhi demands to take Kinjal and baby with her. After so much quarrel between them Rakhi finally agrees and informs everyone that she won’t take the baby with her. Moreover, with a heavy heart she hands over the baby to Toshu.
Anuj calls Anupama and asks her if the rituals are complete. Anupama informs him that they are still performing. After Toshu and Kinjal, Leela asks the baby’s grandparents to hold her and sit on the swing together. Then, Vanraj and Anupama sit on the swing and perform the ritual together. This makes Anuj sad. Barkha and Ankush discuss that Anuj is feeling lonely without Anupama and Anu.
Shah’s asks Rakhi why she wants to take Kinjal and baby with her. Rakhi responds that she wants to spend some more time with them. Anupama informs them that she can stay if they want her too but Leela taunts her that earlier she said the same.
Rakhi tells her that she wants to visit Singapore for a business meeting but after that she will make sure to visit Kinjal and the baby daily. Vanraj asks Rakhi why she is still upset with Toshu, Rakhi tells him that he should learn his responsibilities . Vanraj tells her that Toshu knows his responsibility towards his wife and baby. Rakhi scowls at him. Vanraj gets angry but calms down.
At Kapadia’s mansion, Barkha offers halwa to Anuj and Ankush to cheer them up. Anuj feels sad and recalls the moment when he saw Anupama and Vanraj sitting together. Barkha expresses that Anu and Anupama are busy with celebrations. Anuj tells her not to put fuel in the fire and stop provoking him against Anupama. Anuj frowns at them and orders them to go away. Then, GK tries to calm him down
