Writer and director, Venky Kudumula’s Bheeshma is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language romantic comedy film. Nithiin and Rashmika Mandanna feature in the film in the main roles, and Anant Nag, Jisshu Sengupta, Vennela Kishore, and Sampath Raj are cast in the supporting roles, and all of them have done quite an impressive job of making people laugh and amuse.
It is produced under the banner of Suryadevara Naga Vamsi’s “Sithara Entertainments.” The film received quite a warm welcome and was a commercial success with a box office collection of ₹40 crores.
Storyline of the Telugu Movie Bheeshma Movie is about a desperate young man Nithiin, who cannot find a girlfriend. He is neither a graduate nor has much money. At an event, Nithiin woos a girl named Chaitra (Rashmika Mandanna), the daughter of ACP Deva (Sampath Raj).
Chaitraa works for a company that deals in products for organic farming run by Bheeshma Sr. ((Anant Nag), who has a major rivalry with Raghavan (Jisshu Sengupta). Meanwhile, Raghvan wants to put a stop to Bheeshma’s business, and he is involved in the promotion of dangerous chemical farming methods.
ACP Deva once points a gun at Beeshma Jr as he gets to know his intentions for his daughter, but Beeshma’s father lies to him that he is the grandson of Bheeshma sr., and Deva spares his life.
But, Bheeshma now unwillingly becomes part of the fight between Bheeshma and Raghavan.
There is a lot of confusion and comedy going on at the same time.
