Sachin Yardi and Ashvini Yardi directed and produced ” Chopsticks ” , a comedy-drama film. Abhay Deol and Mithila Palkar play the leads. The film is a story about how a woman, referred to as an enigmatic con man, helps a thug recover his stolen car as a gift and how it changes their lives. Netflix released the movie worldwide on 31 May 2019.
Chopsticks: Storyline At a travel agency, Nirma Sahastrabuddhe works as a Mandarin translator. One day, it turns out that she buys her car, and she is very delighted and excited about it.
On the same night, her new car was stolen. The thief steals her car, and she reports the theft to the police. However, she later meets a recently arrested thief, who informs her that if she wants the car, she should find her car within three days, the useless police can never help her, and if she wants to see her car, she should take it apart for spare parts or transport it out of town after three days. He also suggests that she visit someone called “the artist.”
The next day, Nirma Sahastrabuddhe meets “the artist,” who is indeed a legendary conman who loves to cook. With his connections, he can track her car down quickly. Nirma’s car was already destroyed when she and the artist arrived to collect it, leaving Nirma deeply upset.
However, the artist’s friend gave him incorrect information. The car was not destroyed but was given to a gangster named Faiyaz Bhai (Vijay Raaz). The artist and Nirma later discovered this fact. The artist was unwilling to attempt to take it from Faiyaz Bhai because he could not risk messing with him, but Nirma managed to persuade him.
Faiyaz Bhai is very attached to a goat named Bahubali, which he loves dearly. The artist and Nirma decide to kidnap Bahubali and ask Faiyaz Bhai to return her car as a reward.
