The Family Man Overview Family Man Season 01 revolves around the story of a man named Srikant Tiwari who works in Threat Analysis and Surveillance Cell (TASC) with his close friend J.K Talpade who is a part of National Investigation Agency (NIA). The show is about the terrorist attack which takes place in our country and how TASC and NIA saves the life of normal human being.
The Family Man Season 01 Overview Srikant Tiwari is a middle class man who secretly works for TASC with his best friend. Other than his professional life, he is married to a woman named Suchitra and has two kids Dhriti and Atharva who are stubborn. As his family don’t know about his job, they think that he has a very low paying government job.
Some ISIS operatives enter India and after so much mess Srikant convinces Moosa, an ISIS agent to surrender himself to the Indian government. Later on, he agrees and Moosa and his gang surrender themselves. Furthermore, Srikant sends them to a hospital so that they can get proper treatment for the injuries.
Everything seems normal unit a bomb explodes at Mumbai’s Kala Ghoda. The head officials ask TASC to find out about the person behind bombing the place. Later on, TASC suspects that a guy named Karim and his friends planned everything. After killing them, TASC gets to know that those students were just planning to serve beef at a minister’s party.
To save Srikant and his team, TASC reveals that Karim and his friends were terrorist but he records his last video. Indian officials find out that Sajid was the mastermind behind bombing. Sajid embarks on his journey to Kashmir so that they can complete mission Zulfikar and in the hospital Moosa seduces a nurse named ‘Mary’.
Srikant also leaves for Kashmir and finds out that Moosa is Al-Qatil, the person behind mission Zulfikar while Moosa and his men attack the hospital and probably kill most of the people. Many things go wrong and Srikant leaves for Balochistan to find the trainer of Moosa.
The mastermind behind the attack cancels Plan A and the others proceed for Plan B. But Srikant and his team end up finding out about the plan.

The Family Man Season 02 Plot Summary Srikant leaves his job at TASC and joins a 9 to 5 job to balance his professional life and marriage life. He also thinks that just because of his job the relationship between him and his kids is not good. Furthermore, he gets irritated and calls his best friend J.K Talpade.
Tujhe FOMO ho raha hai yaar. One of the best dialogues in the series. Besides that, Raji a woman works in a factory faces sexual assault on daily basis. One day she calls the molester at her place and kills him. After that she receives a call who invites her to join the secret mission.
Other than that, Srikant and his wife Suchitra visit a psychologist for therapy sessions for the betterment of their relationship. Things are not clear in Season 02 as well about what happened between Suchitra and Arvind in Lonavala.
Family Man Season 02 is full of plot twists where Tamil rebels join hands with Pakistani ISI. The rebels are directly related to Sajid, the one who was behind the bombing in Season 01. The most flabbergasting plot twists come when Srikant’s daughter, Dhriti gets kidnapped by her own boyfriend who is linked to the terrorists.
Overall, Season 02 got good reviews and Chellam Sir played a great role in the whole series.
The Family Man Season 03 Plot (Expected) The Family Man Season 03 revolves around the story of Chinese enemies who want to destroy India. Guan Yu was a Chinese soldier who was worshipped by the Chinese people. There is no official confirmation that the series will be related to history.
To know more about the series we have to wait for the trailer. Also, I think that in Season 3 we’ll get to know what happened in Lonavala between both of them .
Season 03 is most awaited by the fans as Family Man Season 02 was epic and followed a great story. I hope that Season 3 will get more good reviews.
More About Family Man Season 03 In 2021, Raj Nidimaru said “ We are behind this time. We have the world in place, we have the concept, we have an idea, and the foundation to some extent. But we’re still developing the story. This time, we’re actually seeing the feedback, and there’s a deluge of it. We need to regroup, clear our heads, and sit and start writing it, so that we’re not too influenced but are still cognizant of what was great and what was not.”
During an interview, Manoj Bajpaaye said that “ Everyone is locked up. Let the world open, let this country open fully. And when they start working… I’m very sure they will be taking it forward with Amazon. When it is greenlit they will start turning the story into a screenplay, because the story is with them, that is ready.”
He also said that “If everything goes right, it will still take one-and-a-half years, or more than that, for the third season to be ready.”

Additional Information About The Family Man and The Protagonist of the series During an interview, Manoj Bajpaaye said that family man season 2 has been a life changing project. He said By God’s grace, I have been getting work, respect, and honour in this industry. If you recall, The Family Man Season 1 was dropped on Prime Videos before the lockdown and was declared a runaway success. But the lockdown has definitely helped the audiences to see work they wouldn’t see in the theatres. A film like Bhonsle, which gave me my third national award, is very close to me. It took four years in the making and it took a lot out of us to organise the funds to make the film. Life was good anyway, OTT has added a new generation of the fanbase—which I would say is a gift to me.
Manoj Bajpaaye advice to other struggling actors: I am shy to advise anyone as everyone’s journey is very different. But if I have to, my advice would be to be sure of one’s skill; if you don’t know anyone in the industry, your skill becomes your master, mentor, and guide. Everything else stems from your skill. And skill gives you confidence. So, please give time to learning the skill and when you come here, give it your all…don’t think of going back as that’s not even an option. Fight till you fall, as there is no other way. At the same time with all your anger, you have to be humble and grateful for all that you get.
How Many Seasons Are There In The Family Man? Currently 2 seasons of The Family Man are streaming on Amazon Prime. Family Man Season was released on 20 September, 2019 and Season 02 was released on 4th June 2021.
When is The Family Man Season 03 Coming? According to some resources, Family Man Season 03 will be out in November 2022. But Amazon or any other actor has not made any official statement about the series. So let’s not believe the rumours and wait for the official announcement.
Has the Filming for Family Man Season 03 completed? In 2021, the protagonist of the series announced that it will take around one and half years. So, maybe yes the filming has been completed and we will be watching the trailer very soon.
