The Storyline of the Kuttey Movie The two police officers Gopal and Paaji, played by Arjun Kapoor and Kumud Mishra, respectively, are shown at the beginning of the film being asked to kill the drug dealer Surti by the gangster Narayan Khobre. They accept the deal and reach Surti’s mansion. They attacked him and thought that they had succeeded in their plan. Then they decide to steal all of the drugs from his mansion, but they are apprehended by a senior police officer. Both of them try to convince him that they went to the mansion as undercover cops, but they failed, and the officer suspends them.
Later, they get to know that Pammi, the new police officer played by Tabu, seen in the same role in Drishyam 2 played, can cancel their suspension. The duo requested her, but she demanded two cores as a bribe because she is a corrupt officer who only loves money and never misses any chance to get it, either legally or illegally. When they are having the conversation, they are joined by Pammi’s friend named Harry, who has worked in the police department, and now supplies money to the ATM.
After getting to know that Harry carries 4 crores every night in a van, Gopal decides to loot the van by making a fool of Harry with the help of other corrupt police officers. He makes a foolproof plan but fails to get the money because Lovely Khobre, played by Radhika Madan, seen in Angrezi Medium and Shiddat , comes in the path and takes the van because she wants money to settle in a foreign country with her boyfriend.
Apart from all these characters, there are many others, like Laxmi, a revolutionary who joined the group and can be seen in the rest of the movie. Basically, this film shows some half-minded cops who are considered Kuttey (Dogs) but do not show any loyalty like them.
