On Day 1, Article 370 box office collection turned out to be promising.
Made under the direction of Aditya Suhas Jambhale, the political drama Article 370 was released on 23 Feb 2024 and performed well at the box office. Article 370 first reviews are positive and as per the Famous Bollywood box office collection, the movie grossed Rs. 5.75 crore on its opening day.
Yami Gautam Dhar, Priyamani, and Kiran Karmarkar starrer Article 370 box office collection left behind Vidyut Jammwal ‘Crakk – Jeetegaa Toh Jiyegaa!’ movie which hit the screen on the same day. The film showcases the corruption, terrorism, and suffering of innocent people before the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir. The maker’s commendable effort touched the hearts of the netizens and the flick crossed the 5 crore mark on its first day.
Article 370 Box Office Collection Day 1 Reports
Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar, Article 370 has collected over Rs. 8 crores at the global box office. On day 1, the theatrical occupancy was quite low in the morning show but increased to 31.01% in the afternoon.
Later on, in the evening and night shows, more movie freaks visited their nearby theaters and the occupancy increased to 44.29% and 78.86% respectively. Overall, the movie succeeded in getting the appreciation of the audience and made a good start on its first day.
Whoever watched the film, highly praised the standout performance of the lead actress Yami Gautam who skillfully played the role of an agent in the film and commendably expressed every single emotion.
