Storyline of Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama
Ramayana: The Legend of Prince Rama is a classic Indian epic of Indian lecture based on Ramayana by Valmiki. It is basically an animated adaptation combined with Japanese anime.
Ravan, who is the powerful king of Lanka, can lay claim to any territory that he steps foot on. However, he hasn’t faced off with King Dashratha, the father of Rama and Lakshman, who support him in ruling their kingdom, Ayodhya. Rama possesses great strength along with magical powers and manages to win the hand of beautiful Sita.
But, the twist comes when Dashratha announces Rama as the heir to become the future King of Ayodhya. One out of three wives, Kaykeyi, isn’t pleased by his decision as she wants her own son Bharat to be the King and decides to ask for a wish from Dashratha which he had promised her years ago. Due to this poor decision made in the past, Rama is made to go into exile along with his new bride Sita and younger brother Lakshman.
