Shah visits Kapadia’s Mansion for the Ganpati celebration. Meanwhile, Adhik, Barkha and Ankush scowl at them when they enter the house. Anupama and Anuj welcome the Shah very nicely into their house. Hasmukh expresses his feelings in front of everyone and says that Ganpati Bappa wants to reunite both families.
During the puja ceremony, Toshu receives a call from Sanjana and informs everyone that he has to visit Mumbai as soon as possible because his interview is scheduled for today. Vanraj asks the company’s name, and he denies telling him. He said to reveal the name of the company after getting selected.
Anu asks everyone if they can start pooja for their eco-friendly Bappa. Leela asks Anu the meaning of eco-friendly Bappa, and Anuj explains everything to her. While doing pooja, Kinjal feels some pain in her abdomen. She tells Leela about it, and Leela informs everyone that Kinjal is having labour pain and they should go to the hospital immediately.
Anuj asks Anupama if she can go to the hospital with Kinjal. Anupama nods and leaves the house with Kinjal and Shah. Anu asks GK if Kinjal is okay. Then GK explains to Anu that a new baby is coming into their family. Anu feels so grateful and happy.
Anuj feels so frustrated as he cannot go to the hospital with Anupama. He feels helpless and expresses that he cannot help her wife, who is in need. After that, he prays Ganpati Bappa for Anupama’s protection.
Anupama and Shah reach the hospital and tell Rakhi about Kinjal’s condition. Kinjal requests Anupama if she can stay with her in the labour room during her delivery. Anupama nods and tells her she will, and they both enter the hospital room. In contrast, Leela tells her family about the woman’s condition during delivery and prays for Bappa to protect Kinjal and her baby.
Samar calls Toshu to tell everyone, but he finds his phone unreachable. On the other hand, Vanraj calls Anuj to explain the whole condition of Kinjal and that Anupama is with Kinjal in the room. Vanraj tells him not to be stressed as Anupama will handle everything. Anuj requests that he keeps him updated about everything.
Adhik motivates and cheers Pakhi during the video call, but after cutting the call, he gets angry. Vanraj feels worried after Samar informs him that Toshu’s phone is still not reachable.
In the delivery room, Anupama keeps comforting Kinjal while Vanraj explains the sacrifice every woman makes outside the room.
Doctors inform Anupama that they must perform a caesarean as Kinjal cannot push. Anupama comes out of the room and updates everyone about the whole situation. Leela gets angry and tells everyone that doctors say such things so that they can increase our hospital bills. Everyone calms her down, and Anupama explains to her why doctors are performing c- section surgery.
Vanraj asks Anupama about her point of view on this and tells her to take a decision immediately. According to her C- section, Anupama tells everyone that delivery is the best possible way for now. Everyone agrees with Anupama; after that, Vanraj tells everything to Anuj.
After the surgery, Anupama congratulated every member of Shah’s family and informed them that Kinjal had given birth to a baby girl.
