Shahs are pleased to hear about the arrival of the baby girl when Anupama informs them. Vanraj asks Anupama to tell everything to Anuj as he is tense about the situation, and Leela asks for money from Vanraj so she can give it to the medical staff present in the hospital.
After some minutes, the doctor comes out of the delivery room, and Shah asks her about Kinjal’s condition. The doctor describes the whole situation and thanks Anupama for being in the delivery room. The doctor expresses her feelings and tells everyone that they cannot handle an anxious Kinjal, and this all works out because of Anupama’s presence in the room.
Shah asks Anupama to describe the qualities of the baby to them. Anupama recalls the moment she held the baby in her hand. They all explain to Anupama how excited they are to hold the baby.
Anuj gives sweets to Anu and Gk and informs them about the baby’s arrival. Ankush and Barkha join them, and Anuj tells them the good news. Barkha tells Anukush to apologise again because of Anuj’s good mood and hopes he will forgive them. Ankush asks for an apology. After that, Barkha joins him and tells Anuj that she will serve him food and medicine as Anupama is not at home. Anuj informs them they should not care about his well-being as Anupama is always taking care of him whether she is at home or not.
In the hospital, Vanraj and Anupama sneak-peek the NICU (where babies are kept in the hospital) room. Vanraj asks Anupama about his granddaughter. She describes his granddaughter as cute and angry. Vanraj smiles and points at a baby. Anupama nods and tells him that he guessed it right. They both video call Anuj and show him the baby girl. Vanraj congratulates Anuj for becoming a Dada-Buddy. Anuj smiles and congratulates him back.
During the video call, Vanraj unintentionally puts his hand on Anupama’s shoulder several times, which makes Anuj uncomfortable and jealous. Anupama hangs up the call after informing him that she has to show the baby to Leela and other family members. Anuj regrets not being present in the hospital.
Anupama and Shah meet Kinjal. Kinjal asks them about the baby’s condition. Anupama requests Kinjal that she should not take stress in this condition and informs her that the baby’s condition is alright. Besides that, Kinjal asks them about Toshu, but Anupama tells her that he is still not reachable. She adds that he will regret in future for not being present here. Kinjal thanks Anupama for her support during delivery, and Anupama thanks her for giving this golden chance to her.
The nurse brings the baby to the room. Vanraj holds the baby and starts crying. Anupama asks him to stop crying, and he leaves the room with happy tears in his eyes.
Kinjal misses Toshu and Anupama tells her that the baby is just like Toshu. Leela intervenes and tells her that the baby girl looks like her. Anupama nods and smiles while Hasmukh expects the baby not to get Leela’s nature. Leela requests Anupama to feed elixir to the baby. Pakhi gets confused and asks what that means. Anupama explains to her. After explaining, Anupama gets anxious about Toshu.
