The theatrical release date of HIT 2 or HIT: The Second Case was announced as December 2, 2022. Earlier, the film was slated to release on July 29, 2022, however, due to production delays, the film’s release date was pushed to December 2, 2022.

HITUniverse is an Indian Telugu-language shared universe of crime thriller movies created by Sailesh Kolanu. Furthermore, these one-of-a-kind cop franchise sequels take a different approach. HIT 2 Plot

The plot of HIT 2 revolves around a murder mystery and how it cleverly connects back to a suicide case. The film opens with Jhansi getting caught cheating on her husband, Ram Prasad Koduri. Fearing that her husband would expose her, she falsely accuses him of marital rape.

Then we are introduced to Officer Krishna Dev, aka KD, who is part of the prestigious Homicidal Intervention Team (HIT) in Vishakapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. KD is known for his quick thinking, determination, and unwavering focus as he tackles complex criminal cases. Furthermore, KD’s personal life is intertwined with his professional duties, as he is in a live-in relationship with Aarya, an active member of a women’s welfare association.

The plot takes a dark turn when a woman named Sanjana is brutally murdered and butchered at her workplace, and what is even more shocking is that Sanjana’s body parts were not all hers. Instead, the murderer had mutilated the bodies of three other women and placed them alongside Sanjana’s head to mislead the authorities.

Will KD and his team be able to catch the elusive killer before more lives are lost? Can KD navigate the treacherous paths of deception and betrayal to uncover the truth?
