The Storyline of the Movie Raid The movie opens up in Lucknow where a tax officer named Amay Patnaik raids the house of Rameshwar Singh who is the most powerful and wealthy man in that area. Unfortunately, Ajay and his team don’t find anything and Rameshwar threatens him with getting fired. However, he receives a message from an anonymous contact in which he is informed about the location of the hidden money. He doesn’t share this with his staff as he doesn’t trust anyone and starts knocking on the walls.
He goes through trap doors and finds enormous wealth. Rameshwar is shocked by the stupidity of his family to hide those accessories and money in such places. After this, Amay leaves while Rameshwar, who is filled with anger, doesn’t accept defeat. He tries to apply his political connections and meet with various ministers and officers but all decline to help as it is a legal procedure.
Applying all the ways possible, he finally reaches Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and succeeds in convincing her. She calls Amay and asks him to call off the raid to which he asks for a written letter for it and she backs down. Rameshwar, with no other choice left, decides to send goons to Amay’s wife Malini. Will Amay be able to rescue his wife?
