This is a short three-episode documentary series. Each episode is about 40 minutes, i.e. 2 hours in total. It has been released in 10 languages and with subtitles in more than 30 languages. Each episode is given a different name: The Murderer, The Cannibal, and The King. The name of every episode justifies the content given in it.
Although it is being called a documentary. But it would be more appropriate to call it a mix of documentary and drama because there are added dramatic elements to improve the appeal of the series. You can call it docudrama series. In this, some real incidents have been selected and incorporated together to form a complete episode.

This is the story of a serial killer “Raja Kolander”, whose real name is Ram Niranjan. It is said that he killed 14 people and then boiled the brains of many, and boiled the intestines of some, made a soup and then drank it. He did it to gain the intelligence these people had. All this was revealed in the year 2000.
When Allahabad journalist Dhirendra Singh was murdered and Raja Kolandar was caught on the charge of his murder. Gradually, revelations started coming from his diary, as the name suggests “The Diary of a Serial Killer”. Such shocking facts came to the fore, which established King Kolandar as a vicious, cannibalistic psycho-killer. This series raises the murder of Dhirendra Singh as a reference point. From there, the story is based on the subsequent true events.
