Kushal Tandon is set to make a comeback on Indian television with Ekta Kapoor’s next serial. The actor will be seen opposite Shivangi Joshi
Shivangi Joshi and Kushal Tandon are confirmed to be paired in Ekta Kapoor’s upcoming daily soap.
Shivangi Joshi became a household name after she appeared as Naira on the television show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai . Shivangi has then done multiple television shows that, including Khatron Ke Khiladi 12 and Balika Vadhu 2 .
Kushal Tandon has a huge female fan following. The actor rose to fame after he appeared as Virat Singh in Ek Hazaaron Mein Meri Behna Hai. He also took part in the TV reality shows named Bigg Boss 7 and Khatron Ke Khiladi 5.
Kushal is making a comeback on television after a long break of six years. The actor was last seen in Beyhadh opposite actress Jennifer Winget. So his fans have a reason to rejoice now as the handsome hunk of Indian television is back.
As per the reports, Shivangi will be seen playing the role of a journalist. “Shivangi has now been confirmed and signed on for the event. She will portray a journalist, the female lead. Kushal and Shivangi’s characters will be seen at odds at first, only to fall in love later”.
The audience has never seen the pairing of this duo and is definitely excited to enjoy the chemistry between the two.
As per the sources, the makers initially contacted Disha Parmar from Bade Achhe Lagte Hain 2 for the part. But eventually, Shivangi got the deal and the project will go on floors next month.
Ekta Kapoor is known as the queen of the daily soap genre. Fans are definitely looking forward to the storyline and how the chemistry between Kushal and Shivani will be portrayed.
