The Storyline of the Movie Kyo Kii… Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta Raj is a lawyer who lives in a small town. He plans to live with his friend Mohan who is also a lawyer. After coming to Mumbai, Mohan introduces his friend to his work life and more. One day, they both go to a hearing where Raj meets a very wealthy lawyer Tejpal and plans to become a part of his family.
Raj makes Tejpal’s younger daughter, Sonam fall in love with him as he makes her believe that he is an honest lawyer whose inspiration is her father. Even Tejpal agrees for them to marry each other. Just after marrying her, she forces him to move out of her dad’s house. Mohan accepts both of them.
One day, an underworld criminal Kalra’s brother gets accused of a crime and goes to jail. Most of the lawyers don’t take the case as they are scared of Kalra’s anger. Raj takes the case and wins it. He becomes Kalra’s permanent attorney and becomes wealthy.
He and his wife shift to a big house with their son. After some days, Kalra’s brother is again sent to jail but this time Sonam wants him to fight on behalf of the widow victim. She hears Raj talking to Kalra that he will lose the case. She realizes that her husband is greedy and files a divorce.
But in the end, they patch up because of their son who wishes them to be together.
