Salaar has made the highest advance booking gross for 2023 in India, surpassing Dunki by over 33 crores.
Today, Prashant Neel’s action drama, Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire is all set to go on floors. This movie is scheduled to be released just one day after the release of Shahrukh Khan’s much-awaited film Dunki which is running in the theatre and getting mixed reviews from the audience. Netizens were waiting eagerly for the release of both of the films to witness the biggest clash of 2023.
The makers of both of the movies opened the advance booking a few days before the release day. Initially, SRK’s Dunki outmatched Prabhas Salaar by over 2 crores but now Salaar movie advance booking collection has become successful in surpassing Dunki and created history by becoming the first film to gross over 48 crores through advance booking in 2023.
Dunki’s advance booking collection crossed only 15 crores while Salaar has grossed over 48 crores in India.

Salaar Movie Advance Booking Trails Behind Dunki by Over 33 Crores
As per the Sacnilk Entertainment report, Salaar movie advance booking has grossed 48.94 crores approximately by selling 22,38,346 tickets in India with 16,593 shows. Meanwhile, Dunki became successful in making a collection of only 15.41 crores by selling 558766 tickets with 15,014 shows all over India. This report clearly states that Salaar has surpassed Dunki in terms of advanced box office collection by 33.53 crores approximately.
Reportedly, the highest number of tickets were sold in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and the movie grossed about 12.11 crore with 1120 shows. Isn’t it thrilling?
