“Billu”is a comedy-drama film, released on 13 February 2009, directed by Priyadarshan, and produced by Shah Rukh Khan, and Gauri Khan.
The film “Billu” is inspired by Kadha Parayumbol, the Malayalam film released in 2007. The film represents the bond between Lord Krishna and Sudama. Lara Dutta, Shah Rukh Khan (recently seen in and as Pathaan ), and Angrezi Medium Irrfan Khan are in the lead role, on the other side Deepika Padukone, Kareena Kapoor, and Priyanka Chopra look appealing in the movie songs.

The Storyline of the Movie “Billu” Sahir, a superstar, visits a village name Budbuda for shooting. “Billu”, a poor man, lives in the same village with his wife Bindiya played by Lara Dutta (also appeared in Kaun Banegi Shikharwati Season 1
When “Billu” hears that celebrity Sahir Khan is coming to his village for shooting his upcoming movie, he told his wife and children that he and Sahir are old friends and that he knows him very well. The news spread into the village, and people started putting their effort into convince “Billu” to conduct meetings with Sahir.
But “Billu” was unable to do that, so everyone starts thinking that he was lying just to get attention and become the centre of discussion. Even his children start ignoring him. One day there was a program in Ronak’s school, where they met Sahir who was giving a speech, he shared that he miss his old friend “Billu”, who sacrifice his life to make his friend an actor.
Everyone got surprised and realised their mistake. Then people from the village took Sahir to “Billu”’s house and apologise for the bad behaviour. Sahir and “Billu” got happy, and Sahir went back to his shoot.
