Humsafar Storyline Khirad Ahsaan is from a small middle-class family situated in Hyderabad. She lives with her widowed mother, Maimoona in a very small flat. She has completed her bachelor’s degree and is very intelligent in Mathematics.
Maimoona’s brother, Baseerat Hussain, is a millionaire. He is married to Farida, and they have a son, Ashar, who has completed MBA from Yale University. Soon Maimoona receives a cancer diagnosis, and her brother plans to shift his sister and daughter to his house. But doctors inform them that there is no cure.
Baseerat promises her that he will tell Ashar to marry Khirad. Everyone gets shocked after learning this news. Furthermore, Farida accepts as her husband threatens to throw her out, and Ashar accepts as he is manipulated by his father. After some events, Maimoona dies, and Baseerat starts treating Khirad as his daughter.
Ashar and Khirad fall in love with each other. Moreover, she gets admission to college, where she meets Khizer. Ashar is jealous of their friendship. She and Farida get to know about Khirad’s pregnancy but decide to hide it from Ashar. Little did Khirad know that Farida always sees her beneath Ashar as she is from a low community. Farida even causes misunderstandings between them by making Ashar believe that Khirad is having an affair with Khizer.
What will happen next? Will Ashar ever be able to find out about his wife’s pregnancy?
