Suno Chanda Storyline Arsalan Jamshed Ali and Ajiya Nazakat Ali are cousins. Their family has gotten them married when they were children but Rukhsati is still yet to happen. The head of the family, their grandmother, Bi Jaan has two sons. Jamshed Ali and Nazakat Ali and a daughter whose name is Masooma who’s married to Jalal Khan.
They all live in Karachi. Jamshed is married to Suhana and Nazakat is married to Naeema. Jiya also has a younger brother, Daniyal Nazakat Ali who is a popular and hard-working news reporter. Jiya has a dream to go to the London School of Economics.
Arsal and Jiya are childhood companions and their grandmother wants them to marry each other formally and do rukhsati as it is her late husband’s wish. But Arsal and Jiya are against the marriage and make a plan with Masooma’s daughter Kinza to stop the marriage.
Shah Jahan, Bi Jaan’s brother-in-law, comes to Karachi from London with his grandson, Sherry. Sherry meets Jiya and asks the stubborn duo to resolve things between each other but he develops feelings for Jiya which makes Arsal jealous. Jiya gets admission to her dream college also.
The misunderstandings between both the families ask Arsal to divorce Jiya but he denies and later on the couple realizes love for each other. On their wedding night, they fight with each other but realize that all of this is childish behaviour.
